PRINCIPAL

With over 35 years experience in the industry, and formally trained in conventional drafting techniques, Guy has an extensive knowledge of drafting and the building industry, and has worked on numerous projects including multi-storey apartments, specialized accomodation and grouped housing developments.

Guy worked for major Perth builders on both a full-time and sub-contract basis. He has also delivered accredited industry training through TAFE and HIA.

On a personal angle, Guy enjoys spending time with his family, running, photography and has been a member of Rotary for over 20 years.

SENIOR BUILDING DESIGNER & CAD MANAGER

After completing his formal qualification in Residential Drafting at age 19, Mark has built an impressive portfolio of work within the custom-build sector of TECNICA.

Mark has worked on numerous high-end luxury homes and complex developments, and has completed further studies, including a Diploma in Building & Construction in 2018. He is the team leader for TECNICA’s custom-build sector and is involved in both design and drafting.

From a personal perspective, Mark enjoys spending time with his cat, Kenney, four-wheel-driving and watching sports, including Australian Rules Football, Soccer and Baseball.

LEAD DRAFTSPERSON

Starting in 2011 and as the second-longest serving member at TECNICA, Vu is a valued and important part of the team.

Vu holds his formal qualification and is responsible for preparation of concept drawings, working drawings and local authority liaison.

In his own time, Vu enjoys spending time with friends, family and finding new, exciting video & board games to play.

SENIOR DRAFTSPERSON

Sarah worked in a completely different industry before joining TECNICA in 2015 and has brought valuable skills with her.

Sarah completed her formal qualification through the workplace and her main duties involve design compliance assessment, client liaison and variations.

Outside of TECNICA, Sarah enjoys spending time with her husband and her two dogs, Zara and Forrest, and likes cooking & baking.
